InkWell (Character Studio), also associated with mywurdz / WURDZ, is operated by Dellpine Solutions Inc., a Wyoming profit corporation, based in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Company site: https://www.dellpine.com/. Product marketing: https://mywurdz.com/. App: https://app.mywurdz.com/.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Dellpine Solutions Inc. (“Dellpine,” “we,” “us”).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Agreement (click-accept)
By creating an account, signing in, tapping or clicking Accept, purchasing credits, or otherwise using InkWell, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, “you” includes the organization.
2. The service
InkWell (Character Studio) is an AI-assisted studio for creators who photograph hand-drawn cartoons. Each drawing moves through five steps:
Original → Ink → Style → Description → Done
- Original: you upload a photo of your drawing.
- Ink: artificial intelligence (AI) proposes a clean black-and-white inked version.
- Style: AI proposes a color finish in the style you choose.
- Description: you can add a title, a description, and tags. You write these yourself. InkWell does not write text for you.
- Done: you can download your finished image or share it.
AI results are proposals. You decide what to approve. The design goal is to preserve your original drawing, not to replace your authorship with a random image generator.
Some features may not be on every account yet. Printed products (Section 8) are available now on the website. The InkWell apps for iPhone and Android use the same print checkout. A full library export is not available yet (Section 4). Terms about a feature that is not available yet apply once it launches.
Privacy and sharing. Your library is private by default. There is no public gallery. If you choose to share a drawing, InkWell creates a share page that anyone with the link can open. Share pages are off until you turn one on. They are not listed or searchable on InkWell, and your Original sketch is hidden on them unless you choose to show it. Anyone you give the link to can pass it on, so share only what you are comfortable making visible.
You can report an AI image or a share page from inside the app. A report is a reason and an optional note. We email it to help@mywurdz.com and review it. We can take down a share page or hide an account’s shares.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will try to avoid surprising you about paid credits you already own, subject to law and store rules.
3. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA). This is not a Kids app. We do not knowingly allow under-13 accounts.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Accounts, deletion, and export
You can create an account with an email address and password (with email confirmation), or sign in with Apple, Google, or X. Available options may vary by device. When you sign in with a provider, we receive your name, email address, and an account identifier from that provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. Accounts that share the same verified email address are linked automatically. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” your account uses Apple’s relay address and is kept separate from any account under your real email.
Export. You can download a single image or a character sheet in the app. A download of your whole library is not available yet. You can also email legal@dellpine.com to ask about your data.
Deletion. You may delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account; see how to delete your account), or by emailing legal@dellpine.com. Deletion removes or de-identifies associated library content within our retention window (see the Privacy Policy). Purchase records needed for accounting or disputes may remain without keeping your drawing files.
5. Your content and ownership
Your uploads. As between you and Dellpine, you retain ownership of Original drawings and other content you upload or create, including titles, descriptions, and tags you write, subject to these Terms and third-party rights.
License to operate the service. You grant Dellpine a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display to you, and create derivative technical copies of your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service (including sending content to AI providers to fulfill requests you start). This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except for residual copies in backups that age out, legal holds, or anonymized aggregates that no longer identify you.
Sending a drawing or description to OpenAI for a new image or a new check also depends on the consent in Section 9. You can withdraw that consent on the Account page, which stops new AI actions.
AI outputs. AI proposals (inked images, style finishes, and similar) are generated for your project. When you approve an output, it becomes part of your project materials under these Terms. We do not claim ownership of your Originals for our marketing catalog. We may use de-identified or aggregated technical signals to improve reliability.
Your responsibility. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process the content you submit, and that your use does not infringe others’ copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activity
- Upload work you do not have rights to use
- Upload or request mimicry of franchise or copyrighted characters for commercial misuse or to pass off others’ intellectual property as your own
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or attack the service
- Circumvent credit, billing, or security controls
- Harass, defraud, or impersonate others
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Content rules. Cartoons can be dry, dark, or absurd. The following are not allowed in uploads, generated images, titles, descriptions, tags, or share pages, and may be blocked or removed:
- Targeting people based on protected classes (for example race, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age in a discriminatory attack)
- Real-people deepfake-style harm (using someone’s likeness to deceive, defame, or exploit without rights and consent)
- Graphic violence beyond stylized cartoon tone appropriate to the product
- Self-harm framing or encouragement
Uploads and generated images are checked by automated moderation. We may refuse, remove, or rate-limit content or accounts that violate these rules or our providers’ policies. If a job is blocked, the credit is returned and your earlier approved versions are not affected. You can also report an AI image or a share page in the app, as described in Section 2.
7. Credits and payments
Free signup credit
New accounts receive one (1) free credit at signup. One credit covers one drawing from upload through Done, including a limited number of Ink and Style tries shown in the app. There is no monthly free credit unless we announce otherwise.
Purchased credits
- Web: buy credit packs through Stripe
- InkWell apps for iPhone and Android: buy credit packs through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, not Stripe. Those purchases are final. Apple or Google handle any refund under their store rules
Credits are a limited license to consume AI and related processing on the service. Credits do not expire. They have no cash value outside the service except where law or store policy requires otherwise. Pack prices and what each pack includes are shown at purchase time and may change for future purchases.
Paid styles
Some styles are free and some are paid styles. Buying a credit pack unlocks the paid styles. Unlocking a style lets you choose it; each drawing still uses credits and tries as shown in the app.
Reservation and failed jobs
When you start a paid AI operation that consumes a credit, we may reserve the credit. If the job fails and never delivers a usable proposal, we release the reservation so you keep the credit. Successful delivery finalizes the debit according to product rules (including limited regenerations within a drawing, as shown in the app).
Refunds
Credit packs are final once purchased.
In the InkWell apps for iPhone and Android, we do not refund credit packs ourselves. If a refund is available, Apple or Google handle it under their store rules. Request it from Apple or Google.
On the web, we do not refund credit packs bought through Stripe, except:
- Where required by applicable law
- Where we choose to refund or re-credit a confirmed error (for example, a double charge)
When we grant a web refund, we or Stripe handle it according to the payment record.
Unused free signup credits have no cash refund value. Printed products have their own refund rules in Section 8.
8. Printed products
Printed products are available now on the website. The InkWell apps for iPhone and Android take the same orders. You pay with Stripe. Printful prints and ships the order. Prices, including shipping, are shown at checkout.
Printed products include stickers and the Character Model Sheet: a printed sheet of 6 or 9 poses of one of your characters, with its title, your description, a QR code linking to its share page, and the InkWell mark.
How sheets are made. The poses are created by AI from your drawing and may not match it exactly. Before you order, you see a watermarked preview. What you approve in the preview is what we print, without the watermark. Sheets are printed and shipped by our print partner, Printful. The QR code opens the drawing’s share page, so anyone who scans a sheet can view that page.
Made to order. Every sheet and sticker is printed just for you, so we cannot accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong design, or do not like how your drawing looks in print. Small color differences between your screen and paper are normal.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the design you ordered, we will send a free reprint or give you a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to send it back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a clear photo of the whole item showing the problem, and a short note.
Lost in transit. If your order has not arrived 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us, no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Once the carrier confirms it was lost, we will send a free reprint or a full refund. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your post office first; we will open a claim with the carrier but cannot promise a replacement.
Wrong address. If an order is returned or lost because the address entered at checkout was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it to a corrected address, but you pay shipping again. Returned packages not claimed within 30 days can no longer be reshipped.
If we cannot fulfill your order. If our print partner cancels your order or cannot produce or ship it, we will refund you in full, including shipping.
How to ask for help. Email legal@dellpine.com with your order number, photos if it is a quality issue, and whether you prefer a reprint or a refund. We aim to reply promptly.
Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Reprints ship on the normal production and shipping schedule.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
9. Third-party AI and infrastructure
The service uses OpenAI, through its API, to generate or edit images and to run automated content moderation. OpenAI does not use that API data to train its models. At sign-up you agree (consent wording version 2026-10-08) that InkWell may send your drawings and descriptions to OpenAI to create and check images. You can withdraw that consent on the Account page. Withdrawing stops new AI actions. Providers may change. When a provider processes content for a job you start, it does so under its terms and our agreements with it.
Hosting and related services include Vercel (this website), Supabase (accounts and the database), Cloudflare (storage for drawings and generated images), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (credit packs on the web, and printed-product payments), Printful (printing and shipping), and Apple and Google (sign-in, and credit-pack billing in the InkWell apps for iPhone and Android, subject to their terms). X is also a sign-in option.
AI outputs can be imperfect, inaccurate, biased, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish, sell, or rely on them.
10. Intellectual property of the service
Dellpine and its licensors own the InkWell (Character Studio) software, branding, documentation, and non-user content. These Terms do not transfer our trademarks or code to you. You may not use InkWell, Character Studio, mywurdz, WURDZ, or Dellpine marks in a way that confuses others about sponsorship or origin, except for truthful references to the product.
11. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of InkWell to do the same. If you believe content on the service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent:

Dellpine Solutions Inc.

Phone: (307) 228-1313
Email: legal@dellpine.com
Our agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (registration DMCA-1081371). Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it (for example, a link or description)
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and make reasonable efforts to tell the user who uploaded it.
Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Dellpine may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a court action.
Repeat infringers. We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can create liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes collection and use of personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELLPINE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL MATCH YOUR EXPECTATIONS, PRESERVE EVERY DETAIL PERFECTLY, OR BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE AT ALL TIMES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, disclaimers apply only to the extent allowed.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELLPINE AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR AI OUTPUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO DELLPINE FOR CREDITS AND PRODUCTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
These limits do not apply where forbidden by law (for example, liability for fraud or for personal injury in jurisdictions that do not allow such limits).
15. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Dellpine against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights, to the extent allowed by law.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law or a platform, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership clarifications, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms) survive termination.
17. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice when practical (in-app or email). If you continue to use the service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires a different consent method. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
Courts in Wyoming (or another venue we both agree in writing) will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that proceed in court, unless applicable law requires otherwise (including Apple App Store users who may have additional rights under Apple’s terms).
Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, email legal@dellpine.com with a short description of the dispute and your account email. We will try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under consumer law, or rights to seek relief in small claims court where eligible.
19. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy and any in-product purchase terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement for the service and supersede prior conflicting summaries about the same subject.
Apple, Google, OpenAI, Printful, Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, X, and other third-party names are trademarks of their owners. References are for identification only.
