This page explains how to delete your InkWell Character Studio account and what happens to your data. InkWell is operated by Dellpine Solutions Inc.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in at app.mywurdz.com. The InkWell mobile apps show the same screens.
- Open your Account page. Tap the InkWell logo at the top of the Library screen, or go to app.mywurdz.com/account.
- Scroll to the Delete account section and tap Delete account.
- A confirmation dialog opens. Tap Delete account again to confirm, or tap Keep my account to cancel.
When you confirm, we record your request and sign you out on every device.
What happens next
- Right away: your account is closed. Your library, drawings, characters, and credits are no longer available. If you sign in again before the deletion is complete, you will see a notice that your account is scheduled for deletion, and the only option is Sign out.
- 30 days after your request: your personal data is removed and permanently purged. This includes your drawings and generated images, characters and notes, profile, usage events, records of the terms you accepted, and your sign-in account.
- Sticker orders: if you ordered stickers, we keep the order and payment records we need for tax. Your name, shipping address, and email are removed from those records, and they are no longer linked to you.
Unused credits are lost when your account is deleted. For more detail on retention, including backup copies, see our Privacy Policy.
Can’t sign in?
Email legal@dellpine.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify it is you before acting.
